Owen Kelly |
Owen has been consulting for Quest since 1995. His assignments have included leadership development, implementing continuous improvement and strategy deployment.
Before joining the consulting industry Owen was a Naval Commander in the Royal Australian Navy. Towards the end of a 20 year career as a specialist navigator and combat systems manager he was instrumental in introducing TQ concepts. In 1993 he established a training and quality consultancy.
Owen is based in Sydney but works extensively with clients in the Middle East and South Asia.
Owen’s qualifications include Diploma Applied Science, Royal Australian Naval College and Diploma Strategic Studies, Joint Services Staff College.
