We help at the practical end of the strategy-making process – making it work for our clients. This may involve helping to translate strategy into actionable steps, all the way down an organisation, or facilitating changes in leadership assumptions and behaviours, or developing an implementation process that engages staff at all levels. Uncovering the issues and stimulating sustainable change is what continues to make our assignments fulfilling for me.
Peter has advised clients across a range of industries and regions, starting with Touche Ross in the 80s and with Quest since 1993. His favourite clients include a Brazilian ice cream maker, a Scottish salmon farmer, an Argentine cigarette maker and Wal-Mart’s Canadian logistics partner, but you will have to ask nicely to find out why.
As Regional Director for UK & Europe, Peter is responsible for the Quest consulting team based across this area.
Peter has degrees in Economics from Sussex and Manchester Universities and is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
