How Quest Worldwide worked with Pall Europe to enhance performance through cultural transformation
Pall Corporation, a leader in fluid filtration, separation and purification with its business organisations around two broad markets: Life Sciences and General Industrial. The European Manufacturing Director was seeking to improve customer satisfaction by making the European manufacturing process more effective, more efficient and more responsive. At the same time costs needed to be cut and bottom line profits increased. Quest Worldwide was asked to propose a Continuous Improvement (CI) programme that would reduce waste and engage the workforce to make CI a way of life. The resulting programme involved all of the 1550+ UK employees and proved to be self- financing within its first year. It also improved customer service, transformed processes and empowered Pall’s workforce.
