Our Client, one of the largest integrated energy companies and refiners in the world, has four core activities worldwide: petroleum exploration and production; petroleum refining, marketing, supply and transportation; natural gas gathering, processing and marketing; chemicals and plastics production and distribution. For several years one of our Client’s major business units had been using Quest’s Strategy into Action approach. Our Client is clear that the engagement of its people, their motivation, inspiration and participation is key to the success of both its one year and longer term plans and asked Quest to work closely with key business unit stakeholders to design, plan and facilitate Strategic and Operational Planning Workshops for both Business Unit and Business Centre Leadership Teams.
