Our Client is a provider of critical financial and commercial services to a successful supplier of innovative technological solutions to major energy companies. The CEO wanted to enhance the value provided to internal and external customers, which required his management team to take a critical look at its future, set challenging goals for the next five years and then get everyone else on board. The team knew that there were a number of issues that needed resolving and wanted a framework in which to express what they aimed to achieve and a process through which they could agree their priorities and persuade their people. Quest Worldwide was asked to propose an approach that would enable our Client to lead these changes.
