Dick Dale |
Dick established Quest’s Asia Pacific business in 1988 having joined with Dr Steve Smith to forge a successful business based initially on a commitment to the principles of total quality management. He has wide experience in strategy deployment, business improvement and cultural change and integration programs throughout Asia, Europe and South America, built up during his 25 years of consulting experience.
After graduating and working as a Civil Engineer in the UK, Dick managed projects in conjunction with the World Bank to implement programs in countries including Brazil, Indonesia and Bangladesh. After subsequently migrating to Australia he joined the PA Consulting Group where he became Principal Consultant. His experience included managing the successful Indonesian associate company.
He has more recently been a tireless traveller into North and South Asia and the Middle East with an avid interest in, and wide knowledge of, business and culture in the region. Working at senior management levels in the countries of the Asia Pacific he well understands and relishes the challenges presented by the complex issues of cross cultural consulting.
Dick has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
