Developing balanced strategy
A balanced strategy requires input and participation from many. It is about going further than simply asking the top team to define objectives and embraces a clear vision, values and behaviours with prioritisation and focus on ‘where we want to be’. Balance comes from ensuring that strategy is embedded in realism but still encourages stretch and ambition.
Quest works with leadership teams to enable this process to happen effectively. We facilitate the research, preparation and defining of a balanced business strategy and the setting of ‘vital few’ goals and targets for a balance business plan.
