How Quest Worldwide helped Clarke American in its pursuit of performance excellence
Clarke American provides cheques and cheque-related services, Internet and contact centre services and direct response marketing solutions for the financial services industry. Following initial success with its First in Service campaign, assessment feedback identified the need to expand customer focus throughout the entire company to match levels already achieved in the Customer Services unit. Quest Worldwide supported Clarke American through a process that would provide clarity and prioritisation of strategic goals for improvement, as well as a greater sense of unity and purpose.

In 2001 Clarke American was the single recipient of The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for 2001 in the manufacturing category. Since then, the company has been recognised with a number of other awards for excellence. |
