At Quest Bret blends his corporate and consulting experience to design, facilitate and implement organisational development activities that deliver tangible and intangible results. His principal focus is in working with large, complex organisations in the deployment and implementation of business strategy. Bret is also experienced in developing individual and organisational capability in areas such as accelerating business growth, horizon planning, coaching skills and customer listening research and action…. all aimed at delivering improved performance. During his time at Quest, Bret has consulted in the resources sector, with FMCG companies, telcos, the financial services sector and in logistics businesses.
Prior to joining Quest in 1999, Bret was the Quality Director for Citibank’s Australian and New Zealand consumer financial services businesses and before that was a Principal Consultant with the PA Consulting Group. Bret’s career was established in Westpac where he gained diverse experience in retail banking, human resources management and general management.
Bret is the Regional Director for Quest’s Asia, Australia and New Zealand businesses. He is based in Sydney and travels extensively to work throughout Asia and Australia.
Bret has a Master's degree in organisational behaviour, a Bachelor's degree in management and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
