Aujan

Aujan Industries is a fast growing soft drinks company, based in Dubai, with a portfolio of brands including Vimto, Rani, Barbican and Hani.  With over one hundred years trading history, the family owned business has long been successful.  However, having traditionally focused on the Gulf States, Aujan is expanding across the region with plants in Saudi Arabia, Dubai and a new plant coming on stream in Iran.  As part of a major business programme, Aujan has been working with Quest Worldwide on a number of projects designed to shape, focus and deploy a robust, visionary strategy, known as ‘555’, throughout the organisation.

How Quest Worldwide supported Aujan to define and implement a new set of values and behaviours

Aujan Industries is a fast growing soft drinks company, based in Dubai, with a portfolio of brands including Vimto, Rani, Barbican and Hani.  During an ongoing Strategy into Action™ programme being undertake by Aujan with support from Quest Worldwide, it emerged that core values were one of the key themes for future development of the organisation.  However, it also became apparent that there was a level of uncertainty within the organisation surrounding the values and what they meant in practice.  Aujan turned to Quest for support in defining, communicating and embedding a new set of values and behaviours that would have lasting meaning and impact throughout the organisation.

Aujan Industries is a fast growing soft drinks company, based in Dubai, with a portfolio of brands including Vimto, Rani, Barbican and Hani.  During a role clarity/world class manufacturing as During a role clarity / world class manufacturing assignment, undertaken by Aujan Industries with the support of Quest Worldwide, it was recognised by the management team that the Aujan plant in Saudi Arabia was in urgent need of a preventive maintenance programme, with downtime averaging 20% on any given line. To achieve Aujan’s objectives of world class performance a solution was required and the management team asked Quest Worldwide to suggest an approach.  An intense ten week programme was devised that not only delivered impressive, immediate results but also built long-term capability into the business to drive future improvements.
