Andrew has spent 20 years (10 in the Middle East) working with CEOs and Business Leaders across a wide range of industries, for example, major global FMCG organisations, regional telecom’s giants, multinational oil, gas and petrochemical companies, regional transportation organisations and one of the worlds largest real estate developers.
Prior to joining Quest, Andrew spent three years as the Country Manager and Managing Consultant for Bywater Middle East, having previously been responsible for Organisational Dynamics Inc.’s (ODI) Middle East practice. On arriving in the Middle East in 1998 Andrew worked as an internal consultant with Inchcape in Dubai, focusing on the implementation of their strategy development and deployment programme. Before joining the world of consultancy, Andrew had spent ten years in quality and human resource management in the UK.
Andrew has an MBA in Strategic Management and Human Resources and BA (Hons) in Business Enterprise. He is based in Dubai and is responsible for business development across the Middle East.
