Tina has had 15 years experience in teaching, training. and in sales management in the publishing industry where she worked for companies including Macmillan and Harcourt. Education. During this time she developed a passion for developing work teams that excel as individuals and as national teams.
Prior to joining Quest Tina co-founded the not-for-profit leadership development company, Rising Generations which provided her with an opportunity to work with a wide range of client groups, including Not-For-Profits, Schools - both government and private and students in underprivileged and rural communities, business leaders and federal politicians.
Tina is a certified practitioner in the use of CTT (Cultural Transformation Tools) which provides a tool for companies to measure the cultural values of their organisation and to assist in the drive towards cultural transformation. She is also certified in the use of MBTI (Myers-Briggs Traits Indicator).
