Tim is an experienced consultant with 25+ years experience in Industry and Consulting. He has extensive experience in the Private and Public sectors in Operational Excellence, Performance Improvement, Cost Reduction and Supply Chain Management and has managed numerous engagements for blue chip companies in the UK and across Europe.

At Quest Worldwide Tim’s focus is on delivering step changes in client operating performance. He is a strong advocate of the benefits that Lean can bring to all sectors (not solely manufacturing) and specialises in the practical application of Lean to deliver business objectives and cultural change.

Prior to joining Quest Tim was a Consultant with KPMG and Atos Consulting working on Operational Excellence engagements in sectors including: Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Health, Utilities, Engineering, FMCG and General Manufacturing.

In his early years, Tim worked as Inventory Research and Control Manager for the multi-warehouse, pan-European after market business for Land Rover Parts and more latterly, as Business Systems Manager for Land Rover Manufacturing. It was during this time that Tim first became involved in the implementation of Lean tools and techniques as a result of Land Rover’s strong links with Honda.

Tim holds a BA in Business Studies from the City of Birmingham University.
