Thomas joined Quest in 2005 as European Development Director with previous responsibilities in business development and delivery in both, international and German consulting companies. He has helped many clients successfully lead and implement Corporate Strategy Deployment, Company Transformation, Operational Excellence, Culture Change, People Engagement and Supply Chain Management programs on an international, regional and site basis across the Aerospace, Automotive, Chemical, CPG, Electronics, Engineering & Construction, FMCG, Food, Pharmaceutical, Pulp & Paper, and Specialty Chemical Industries in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Thomas also has substantial experience in training and coaching, on topics such as Leadership Development, Change Management, Lean Management, Balanced Scorecard, ROI Calculation Methodologies and the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. He is well known as an international speaker and author on Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Operations Management.

Thomas has degrees in Economics & Business Administration, and in Automotive & Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, Germany.
