Richard is an experienced consultant and senior manager with 20 years experience of driving and facilitating strategic business improvement and change. His main focus is engaging, developing and coaching client teams to new levels of performance in delivering strategic improvements. Richard also has strong capabilities and experience in change management, process improvement, facilitation, training and project management.
Before joining Quest in 2004, Richard was a Principal Consultant with Cap Gemini, managing business change and improvement projects for a diverse range of blue chip clients in both the private and public sectors. Richard has also held senior internal consulting roles for both BP and Castrol, whilst his early career was spent delivering performance improvements as Total Quality Manager for London Underground and AT&T in the UK.
Richard has an MSc in Total Quality Management and is a Fellow of the Institute of Quality Assurance.
