My passion is in helping leaders to become more aware of their personal values and behaviors together with the values and behaviors of others, increasing employee engagement, making valued-based decisions, and inspiring higher individual and organizational performance.
Dr Paul Ward is responsible for leading major change initiatives for international clients operating in both North America and Europe. Clients include Unilever, TRW (Automotive and Aerospace), BP Amoco, The Tibbett & Britten Group, Central Vermont Public Service Corporation, Elizabeth Arden, and Mallinckrodt Baker, a division of Tyco Healthcare. Paul joined Quest in Europe in 1994, transferring to North America in 1996.
Paul is a founding member of The Values Collaborative, a network of certified values professionals formed to enhance the practice of values-driven cultural transformation. The focus of The Values Collaborative is on creating values-driven environments that deliver high performance in individuals, teams, and organizations. Paul is a master facilitator with expertise in high impact consulting interventions that enable effective strategy deployment with high levels of people engagement, delivering rapid improvements in performance and culture.
Before joining Quest, Paul spent more than seven years with PA Consulting Group as a managing consultant and group leader, where he worked on performance improvement assignments for a wide range of organizations including Rolls Royce, British Gas, British Rail, Computervision, and Philips.
Based in North American, Paul has PhD and MSc degrees in Organization and Management, MSc in the Computer Aided Design of Engineering Systems and BSc in Mechanical Engineering. He is a Member of the Sigma Beta Delta international honor society in business, management and administration, a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, a Member of the Organization Development Network and a Member of the Quality New Jersey Governor's Award for Performance Excellence Board of Examiners.
