I’ve been fortunate to be involved in a large number of interesting and rewarding assignments. But the ones that have brought me the greatest personal sense of achievement are those that have developed and led client teams to the realisation of multi-million dollar improvements without workforce reductions.
After initially working in the operations side of the Mining and Construction industries, Mark has been a consultant for some 20 years. His work with clients, involving the implementation of strategy, performance improvement and effective asset processes, has been across a range of industries, including Technology, Aerospace, Services, Public Sector and Infrastructure, but he is probably most at home in the capital intensive industries of Mining, Heavy Process and Manufacturing.
A “renovator/builder” by nature and experience, Mark has a significant track record in realising strategic intent. With strong conceptual, planning and implementation skills, his proven leadership capability has effected lasting change in a range of organisations.
Mark is based at Quest Worldwide’s Sydney office.
