Executives often talk about their employees as the most important assets in the company, yet they frequently don’t do enough to stimulate the growth and development of their staff. We aim to unlock the value in our clients’ people to create both behavioural and operational change. Seeing the transformation - witnessing the triumphs of individuals and teams - is a thrill and continues to provide my motivation every day, even after 15 years in consulting.
With a solid technical and engineering background, Kevin has moved through a career in manufacturing (production and maintenance), implementing change management and performance improvement with high levels of involvement in people development and coaching.
He has a keen sense of empathy, a willingness to understand individuals’ problems and a pragmatic “hands on” operating style. In his time as a consultant Kevin has worked in many varied industries, including Oil & Gas (offshore installations and drilling rigs), Food, Drink & Pharmaceuticals and Engineering to name a few.
He currently works in the UK and Europe consulting team.
Kevin has an Engineering Diploma from South East London Tech and an MBA from Kingston University.
