The opportunity to influence positive performance change through people in small, medium and large organisations is the very best of experiences, though often flavoured with some challenging ingredients. It has been so often said that people are the most important asset of any organisation. Through the roles that I have experienced as an entrepreneur, business operator and consultant, I have found nothing to disprove this being the absolute truth.
Jon has a strong proven ability to lead and operate at strategic and operational levels across a variety of industries and international territories.
An experienced “change leader” with strong credentials for business performance turnaround, he has successfully implemented operational and cultural change within large organizations employing staffing levels in excess of 10,000 with a bias towards sustainable business improvement. Jon also has practical competence in business initiation, development and growth, having founded, developed and grown automotive, retail and consulting organisations worldwide.
Jon’s knowledge of Management Accounting practices has been of particular use in benchmarking business financial performance from which to identify areas for improvement and measure benefits realization, across a balanced scorecard approach.
Since relocating to the Middle East, Jon has undertaken a variety of projects at senior level for Quest Worldwide and serves in the capacity of Non-Executive Director for growing and developing businesses on behalf of Quest. His experience and professionalism of presentation and facilitation have enabled the positioning of many projects from initiation to deployment.
