Jon Pounder joined Quest with over two decades of experience working across Asia and Africa. Now based in Singapore, Jon focuses on the delivering Quest’s consulting services to clients across the region.
Jon’s work in senior management positions of large international organisations has given him first hand knowledge of the challenges which he now helps clients to address. Managing large teams across up to 50 countries, Jon achieved significant $million growth in short timeframes and applies the skills he acquired during that time to his clients’ businesses.
He moved into the consulting field at the end of the 90s and has been advising clients for over ten years with a particular emphasis on training and coaching groups of senior managers.
