Whether implementing new strategies, renewing core activities, or launching new products, significant improvement opportunities exist in all companies, which become visible when processes are viewed from the customer, shareholder and employee perspective. Our skill is helping clients to realise these opportunities, in the boardroom and or on the shop floor, using the right tools effectively. For me, the thrill is seeing how people grow when their opportunity becomes reality.

Graham has helped clients turn opportunities into realty in many different industries. He has worked with FMCG distributors and building products manufacturers from Calgary to Kuala Lumpur: aerospace and medical products companies from Birmingham to Barcelona. Irrespective of whether it is a financial services company, a high tech manufacturer or a consumer services business, helping people see their future opportunities is what makes Graham’s day. 

After graduating, Graham led a team researching novel energy storage technology at ERA Technology Ltd, before joining Hewlett Packard in 1977, where he became General Manager of European Customer Response Centre Operations.

Graham joined Quest in 1990 and has a degree in Applied Physics from Bradford University and a Diploma in Advanced Management from INSEAD, Paris.
