Brent joined Quest in 1996 having previously been a Partner with PA Consulting Group in Sydney and Perth. His principal areas of expertise revolve around strategic planning, deployment and culture change, continuous improvement and innovation. With a background in total quality management, he is skilled in helping clients make sustainable performance improvements through a variety of means. These include performance audits, strategy planning workshops with boards, senior and middle managers and coaching and leading teams to implement organisational improvements.
Much of Brent’s experience has been gained with fast moving consumer goods, manufacturing, oil and gas and infrastructure clients. From his base in Sydney he has developed a strong client base of large companies in Australia as well as across the Pacific region and South Asia.
Brent was a member of the Australian Quality Council Task Force preparing Quality Guidelines for professional service firms and was co-leader of a quality tour of European members to Japan and USA.
He has a degree in Science and honours degree in Engineering from Newcastle University as well as an MBA from the University of Western Australia. Brent is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
