When we can work with a leader to help articulate his ‘need’, and then translate that need into a goal, we can really begin to transform an organization. Working at the operational end of the business, translating the goal into action items and watching as the people throughout the organization take ownership of that goal, and those actions, is very satisfying.

In nearly 18 years of consulting, Bob has worked with organizations of all sizes and industries. He began his career working for 19 years with General Electric and progressed through a variety of positions including as a Systems Analysts and Manager of both Production / Inventory Control and Purchasing.

Bob believes that to implement change that is permanent, a leader must have a definable need and that need must be translated into goals that are understood at every level of the organization.  People at every level of an organization must participate and take ownership of the changes. Working with small, empowered teams of employees is a powerful method of implementing permanent, beneficial change.

Bob is a certified LEAN Black Belt, Certified Purchasing Manager and a Certified Production and Inventory Manager.  He holds degrees in Economics/Finance and Business Administration.
