How Quest Worldwide helped to design and deliver ‘JuMP’ – the Olympus Junior Management Programme
Olympus-Europe is an impressive growth company. Key factors in its success are strong results focus, people orientation and an empowering management style. Following a competitive tender, Quest Worldwide was awarded the assignment for a pilot development programme for high potential managers. The objectives focused on building up leadership competences, encouraging international team working and enhancing cross-cultural competence. Quest’s business-focused, highly interactive training style used case studies, role plays, games and group working. As a pilot scheme the course was closely monitored and Olympus-Europe was pleased with the results, taking the decision to make JuMP an ongoing feature of suite of its management development programmes.
