How Quest Worldwide created and delivered a High Impact Event for the ‘explorers V’ program
As one of the world’s leading airlines, Lufthansa’s strong commitment to the development of its people includes a bi-annual ‘explorers’ program for high-potential managers. Quest Worldwide has supported the development several ‘explorers’ programs but for ‘explorers V’ project manager Jutta Cygan asked for a particularly innovative approach to help 150 explorers to develop their skills. Quest introduced our High Impact Event methodology to turn a series of training activities into a memorable experiential event, providing a high energy mix of challenge, discussion and tailored approaches for the participants to make their own.
